David Beaudreau is the Senior Vice President at D.C. Legislative and Regulatory Services, Inc., where he guides legislative strategy and policy development across agriculture, renewable energy, biofuels, and sustainability sectors. With over 20 years of experience, he brings a deep understanding of federal legislative and regulatory processes.

David also serves as the Director of the Biostimulant Council within The Fertilizer Institute, promoting collaboration between state and federal agencies to advance standards for biostimulant products and strengthen the agricultural regulatory framework nationwide.
