BIOGRAPHY

Adolfo Alzuphar is the Field Organizing Director at the National Young Farmers Coalition, where he leads efforts to resource and empower the next generation of farmers across the United States. He directs the Farmer-Advocate program, building networks of local leaders advancing agricultural equity and sustainability.

Adolfo’s path into food and farming began through grassroots activism and community organizing. His leadership continues to strengthen collaborations among farmers, advocates, and policymakers working toward a more just and resilient agricultural system.
